F.I.S.T is a bicycle fit system specifically designed with the triathlete in mind. This system is the work of Dan Empfield who started the bicycle company Quintana Roo in the 80’s.
The F.I.S.T system has proven to be one of the top choices for the pros and everyday cyclist.
If you are not a triathlete, the F.I.S.T system allows specifc adjustments to be made to complement whatever your athletic ability may be, helping you enjoy the ride even more!!
